like, i was a hardcore twilight fan and everyone back in the day hated bella so much. if twilight had been published now, we would know that was caused by internalized misogyny.
but mostly, instead of edward/bella and jacob/bella, we would have MASSIVE ship wars between alice/bella and rosalie/bella and that would have been the shit, dude
